The Powerhouse Motorcycle Museum in Tamworth stands as a captivating tribute to the rich history of motorcycling.
This private museum showcases an extraordinary collection of 60 motorbikes predominantly from the 1950s to the 1980s (think Triumphs, Hondas, Velocettes, Laverdas & more!) offering enthusiasts an unparalleled glimpse into the evolution of these iconic machines. There is also a 1924 J model Harley Davidson - Walcha's original postie bike with sidecar, through to an extremely rare, limited edition 1999 MV Agusta F4 ORO & a 2020 Harley Davidson Livewire electric motorcycle.
The carefully curated exhibit highlights not just the bikes themselves (all in concourse condition), but also the stories behind them, fostering a deep appreciation for the artistry and engineering of motorcycles.
The museum provides a wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in the world of motorcycles, making it a must visit destination while visiting the Tamworth region.
Fact profiles are provided on each motorcycle and our friendly attendants are on hand to provide all the information you need. The museum also has an extensive range of motorcycle souvenirs for sale.
